Role: Lead Writer

Space can change how we feel. How we connect. How we heal. Maggie’s was founded on the belief that good design can make living with cancer a little easier. Today, its centres are designed by some of the world’s leading architects, including Zaha Hadid, Frank Gehry and Thomas Heatherwick.

I developed Maggie’s tone of voice and we created notebooks for people in oncology wards and Maggie’s centres. The opening pages offered a simple introduction to Maggie’s, and to the thinking behind the places it creates.
