January is hard enough in the UK. The gyms are packed, the days are short, and keeping up with fitness can feel like another resolution to fail at. Working out with Meta Quest offered a different way in, but it wasn’t yet something most people thought of as exercise. We brought that idea to life through posters and social content featuring creators using VR to get fit.
